An excellent tasting set of American single malt whiskey! Westland distillery is located in the SoDo neighbourhood of Seattle in America’s Pacific north-west. The area receives plentiful rain, whilst its volcanic soil is perfect for growing flavoursome barley. The distillery was named Craft Producer of the Year in the Icons of Whisky awards in 2016, and these three smaller bottles are an excellent way to get to know their range of malts. The set includes the sherry cask expression, the American oak expression, and the peated malt. Each 20cl bottling is presented at 46% ABV, and without chill filtration or artificial colouring. One of the shining lights of America’s craft distilling scene.
