A fascinating modern gin from Canada!

Ungava gets its bold colour and flavour from the six botanicals that are infused with the spirit. These are: arctic blend, crowberry, Labrador tea, wild rosehip, cloudberry and Nordic juniper.

The gin has an earthy and floral palate, with a little berry fruitiness and bittersweet juniper flavours. The notes are given a small kick due to the 43% ABV strength of the spirit.

Ungava recommend serving this gin with a squeeze of grapefruit, coconut water and simple syrup, topped with soda water, for a refreshing and bold highball.
