Like all quality Tequilas, this spirit begins with blue weber agave, that has been allowed to grow to full maturity, around 7 years old.

This spirit has been distilled twice in copper pot stills. An unaged Tequila, the emphasis here is on the spirit rather than any maturation, and this produces a feisty, agave-forward spirit, with peppery spice and lovely herbaceous citrus notes.

Beautifully presented, this is a Tequila that is at home in cocktails as it is drunk neat.
