Tomatin’s range of peated single malts received a bold resigned during 2019, with the revamp adding a few new expressions.

This is one such bottling! Signature is a lightly peated dram that was aged in three different cask varieties: Bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry casks and virgin American oak casks.

The final result is a subtle, complex and fruity dram that delivers notes of floral woodsmoke, dry peat, lemon rind, vanilla, apples, smoked malt, charred oak, cinnamon, nutmeg, a little coffee, juicy sultanas, flamed orange peel and some sweet white grapes.

Bottled at 46% ABV and without chill filtration or colouration, this is a well structured, full bodied and fully flavoured whisky.
