A simple and delicious gin from the Lakes Distillery, found in Cumbria, north west England.

Made with a base of high quality British wheat spirit, just a few botanicals are used to flavour this gin, including: juniper, black pepper and orange peel. The botanicals are steeped in the spirit overnight, before the spirit is slowly distilled distilled in the Lakes Distillery’s traditional copper pot stills. This time consuming production ensures that the delicate flavours of the botanicals are preserved in the final product. The gin is diluted using pure Lake District water.

This bottling offers up flavours of vibrant, fresh juniper, sharp citrus, slight spice, bright pepper and a little chewy wheat.

A precise and tasty gin, bottled at 46% ABV for extra intensity.
