This whiskey is made from a range of former Bourbon cask matured Irish single malt and grain whiskies, some of which have been aged for 10 years.

The result is a sweet, vanilla-rich offering, with notes of caramel, malt, oak, spice, apricots, apples, and a touch of white grapes.

Bottle at 42% ABV for a little more intensity, without losing anything in drinkability.
