An astonishing vintage port from the venerable Taylor’s Port house.

Taylor’s was established in 1692, and is known for having one of the deepest reserves in the business. To celebrate this fact, and showcase some of the oldest Port casks in the Taylor’s cellars, they have produced a series of limited edition port bottlings, each of a single vintage port made 50 years earlier. This bottling is the fifth in the series.

This is a stupendous aged tawny, that offers flavours of plum pudding, vanilla, toasted walnuts, almond, caramel sauce, black pepper, rich oak, dark chocolate and sweet red grapes.

Beautifully presented in Taylor’s hallmark frosted glass bottled and a wooden box.

Pair with dark chocolate or soft cheeses, or enjoy alone.
