Another terrific release of Springbank’s fan-favourite Cask Strength 12 year old.

This Campbeltown dram was matured in 70% sherry casks, with the remaining 30% aged in former Bourbon barrels.

A classic Springbank which serves up plenty of that distinctive, peaty, funky and slightly flinty character. The part sherry maturation has given this dram a depth of flavour and body, with a thick, oily mouthfeel accompanied by notes of dried fruits, walnuts, sweet spices and toffee. The Bourbon casks add flavours of vanilla, bright oak and caramel.

Bottled at very generous 56.3% ABV, this is non chill filtered and natural in colour.

A great addition to the line of this super-popular bottling.
