A big old bottle of Dufftown! This bottling was originally destined to be sold strictly in the travel retail market, but luckily we’ve managed to get our hands on a few bottles. This is an ever so slightly peated version of Dufftown’s classic caramel and orchard fruit, resulting in a delectable and complex dram. The nose is very appealing, with exquisite smoked plums, pears, orchard fruits and barley. The palate is dense, with toffee, light peat smoke, elegent toffee, woodspice, apples and pears. The finish is short and delicious, with drying smoke and juicy berries. This one litre bottling gives the drinker even more dram for their buck!
