One of most famous North American whiskies of all time, that has featured in countless television shows and films. This is a blend of American whiskies, produced by a Canadian company. This is a light, gentle blend know for being a superb mixer, particularly with 7up to form the famous “7 and 7”. On the nose this is a light, elegant whisky with notes of flowers, cereal sweetness, corn and toffee. The palate is light in body, with a gentle cereal note, a malty toffee, some slight floral flavours and lemon rind. The finish is short and sweet, with some bright oak notes. A perfect mixer, and a classic for a reason!
