A very highly rated rum from the Oliver and Oliver importers, this spirit has a quite extraordinary age, rarely seen for a rum. This rum sits close to the top of the Qourhum range.

This rum is the product of pot still distillation in the Dominican Republic, and has been aged in Bourbon casks, in a solera system. According to Oliver and Oliver, this rum has been matured for over 23 years.

The rum has a fantastic body, with a thick and creamy mouthfeel. The palate is rich in salted caramel, baking spices, dried and tropical fruit flavours with some aromas of tobacco, smouldering oak and oily nuts featuring.

A truly superb rum, that retains perfect balance between spirit and cask, despite its prodigious age. One that every rum connoisseur will want to try.
