This Pastis is made not with dried star anise, but with fresh aniseed and aromatic plants.

These botanicals are picked at maturity and distilled within 24 hours of harvesting. The plants come from local producers in Provence, found in the sun-drenched areas of the Valensole plateau.

The result is a verdant, fresh aromatic Pastis, packed with subtle, herbaceous notes.

Drink this with plenty of iced water, for a refreshing summer beverage.
