Milanese distillery Ramazzotti’s take on this classic Italian anise flavoured liqueur.

This liqueur is made with star anise, fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon, and coriander seeds.

The result is a crystal clear offering, which delivers flavours of big, sweet liquorice, fennel, slight warming spice, anise and coriander. The Sambuca has an extremely viscous mouthfeel.

Best served ice cold from the freezer, as a shot, or mixed into espresso for a late night pick-me-up.
