A super premium silver Tequila from probably the world’s best known Tequila house.

Made with 100% hand selected blue weber agave from the Jalisco hills. The Tequila is a blend of the new and the old, with some of the spirit made using the traditional tahona (stone wheel) mill, and fermented with its fibres, and the other made with a modern roller shredder. After triple distillation, the spirit is aged for 30 days prior to bottling in large oak tanks.

The result is a precise and spritely Tequila, with notes of cinnamon, citrus, slight dried fruit, succulent agave, roasted agave, black pepper, grapefruit rind, cocoa nibs and some slight vegetal notes.

A clean, pure Tequila that would do well in cocktails. The spirit is beautifully presented in a crystal bottle and case, which are hand numbered.
