Osmoz gins are produced by the famous Vallet Family of Cognac-makers.

The gins are so named because their gins are in “Osmosis” with their Cognacs: absorbing the qualities of the other spirit.

The gins are, unsurprisingly, made with grapes, and botanicals are selected that produce aromas and flavours that are similar to Cognac, with apricot, almond, apple, liquorice, clove and lime present.

This gin has been finished for a period in Cognac casks, giving it colour and subtle oaky flavour. Drinkers should expect notes of sweet grapes, green apples, subtle herbs, caramel, gentle woodiness, bittersweet juniper and earthy spice.

Delicious served simply over ice.
