A modern take on the traditional gin from superb French winemakers the Vallet Family! Unlike the incredibly dry gin in the London style that we have become used to, this is a fresh and citrus forward spirit, which offers drinkers and bartenders something a little different. The gin is created using a base spirit made from grapes, using the expertise of the Vallets. Distilled in a traditional alembic (a glimpse of which is offered in the background of the beautifully designed label) this gin uses botanicals of apple, apricot, almonds, saffron, cloves, cucumber, bitter orange, lime, coriander, liqourice and (of course) juniper! The result is a bittersweet and fruity spirit, with a superb, slightly herbaceous aroma ideal for creating warm-weather cocktails. Another excellent addition to the burgeoning contemporary gin market!
