A Williams pear eau-de-vie from the esteemed Nusbaumer distillery in Alsace.

These pears only grow in a select few locations, including: the Rhone, the Basque Country and Valais in Switzerland.

For this spirit, Nusbaumer choose the finest pears, perfectly ripe and undamaged. These are naturally fermented, before being distilled in traditional small cooper stills.

The eau-de-vie is then aged for a few years in stainless steel barrels to provide complexity and fully integrated flavour.

The result is a spirit that offers notes of baked apples and pears, gentle spice, white pear flesh and flowers.

Beautiful served over ice, or splashed into cocktails.
