A ‘vineyard peach’ liqueur from Nusbaumer.

This liqueur is made using a maceration of vine peaches in alcohol, to which a sugar syrup is added. Vine peaches are grown alongside grape vines in wine vineyards, and are harvested at the same time as wine grapes.

The peaches themselves have a purple hue, and tend to be more aromatic than the more conventional variety.

This spirit offers notes of sweet, well-rounded and very ripe peaches, peach jam, white sugar, toffee, grape blossom and subtle nuttiness.

Excellent when added to sparkling wine
