A striking gin infused with red berries and strawberries for a spirit with a fruity twist. Mombasa club takes its name from the eponymous private club found on the Kenyan coast. This club is found next to a fortress and looks across to the island of Zanzibar, the perfect view for a gin and tonic. The club was established at the end of the 19th century, and its membership mostly consisted of British civil servants who would import gin from England. This gin is made as an homage to those shipments from back home. The gin is produced with botanicals of coriander, angelica root, juniper and cassia bark, before being infused with red berries and sweet strawberries giving it a pink hue. We recommend serving this with a handful of fresh berries and high quality tonic water for a long, bittersweet and refreshing drink on a summers day.
