A wonderful gin inspired by the eponymous private club found on the Kenyan coast. Built next to the local fortress, the club looks across to the island of Zanzibar, and receiving the cool winds of the ocean. The club was founded at the end of the 19th Century, (with membership mainly drawn from the British civil servants in the nation at the time) and would ship gin from England. It is in the spirit of these gin shipments that this drink is created. It is distilled four times, meaning the base spirit is of the cleanest and purest quality. It contains botanicals of cassia bark, coriander and angelica root, alongside the rich juniper berry. A delicious, simple and old school gin, with a good level of spice and sweetness.
