This 2009 vintage spirit was aged for 12 years in a single first fill Bourbon barrel, perfect for showing off the natural fresh and floral qualities.

The whisky itself offers notes of light sweet dried fruits (sultanas and apricots), ginger, vanilla, rosewater, thyme and rosemary, apples, pears and melon, caramel, a little coffee, sea salt, drying oak marmalade and cream.

A very well crafted dram, presented at 46% for extra warmth and body.
