Part of Israeli distillery Milk & Honey’s Elements series, that showcase how different cask maturation can enhance the spirit’s natural qualities.

The Sherry Elements bottling contains Israeli single malt that has been matured in Kosher sherry casks produced exclusively for the Milk & Honey distillery. A mixture of former Bourbon barrels, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks have all been used to produce this fruity, rich whisky.

The final product is a dram that serves up notes of ripe rich red fruits – cherries and raspberries particularly, alongside further flavours of vanilla, toffee, dried fruits, tobacco leaf, plums, figs, oak, and milk chocolate.

Bottled at 46% ABV and without artificial colouration, this is a medium bodied, well balanced dram.
