The first consistent standard release from Milk & Honey, a distillery based in Tel Aviv.

The “Classic Single Malt” consists of spirits matured in former Bourbon barrels, and red wine casks which have been shaved, toasted and then recharred for maximum flavour.

The result is a balanced dram, which offers notes of vanilla, peaches, flowers, honey, mixed spice, pepper, red fruits, charred oak, dark chocolate and warm malt.

Milk & Honey Classic is bottled at 46% ABV, ensuring this is a full bodied and characterful dram.

Milk & Honey only fills about 800 casks a year, so even their standard release is likely to be quite exclusive.
