The Macallan Edition No. 2 is a collaboration between Macllan’s Master Whisky Maker, Bob Dalgarno, the three co-founders of the twice-named best restaurant in the world, El Celler de Can Roca. This expression combines 7 types of sherry casks from 4 different bodegas. These casks include 1st and 2nd-fill European oak casks and 1st and 2nd-fill American oak casks.
