This is a limited release from 2013, and is in many ways very unusual. It is a single malt whisky from Loch Lomond, which has been certified “organic”, which means it has been distilled with organic barley in accordance to the Soil Association organic standards. That’s not something we see often, if ever. At 12 years of age and at 48% ABV with no colouring or chill-filtration, this is an utmost flavourful malt.
