The Distiller’s Edition bottling from the Lagavulin distillery, distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2014 following a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez casks. This Distiller’s Edition follows a long line of hugely popular Distiller’s Editions from Lagavulin, and we must say that this lives up to the reputation of the past releases. The Pedro Ximénez sherry blends really well with the intense, peat and coastal character of Lagavulin.
