A beautifully presented gin from Chicaog based distillers, Koval.

This gin begins with a base of Koval’s highly regarded whiskey, and has been flavoured with 13 different ‘woodland’ botanicals, including: angelica root, coriander, grains of paradise and rose hip.

The final product is a clean and crisp gin with notes of piney juniper, chopped herbs, lemon, roses, black pepper, a little banana, cardamom and honeysuckle.

Quite floral, a little fruity - this is a superb gin.
