A refreshing infused vodka produced by Dutch company Ketel One as part of their Botanicals series.
Ketel One is one of very few vodkas to be produced in a copper pot still. Indeed, the spirit is named after the original still it was produced in, the Distilleerketel #1 at the Nolet Distillery (which is one of the oldest in the world, having been founded in 1691).
This particular bottling is made by infusing Ketel One vodka with botanicals, before redistilling the infusion in the pot still, and then adding beach and orange blossom to the redistilled spirit.
The result is a rich and flavoursome flavoured vodka which delivers flavours of ripe tropical fruit, pungent flowers, pepper spice, orange rind, and some slight gin like botanicals.
Perfect for serving over ice with soda water or tonic water (and garnished with peach slices), this is a bright, summery tipple.
