A Japanese blended malt whisky from the Kamiki label – this whisky has been aged in an unusual and fascinating way.

The spirit has been matured in native cedar wood casks, followed by a finishing period in Japanese cherrywood (or Sakura).

The result is a genuinely remarkable whisky, almost unique in today’s market. Kamiki Sakura offers notes of rich spicy Cedarwood, butterscotch, cherry blossom, tannic cherrywood, red wine, lemon rind in brown sugar, vanilla, crunchy malt, mango, sea spray and bananas.

A completely different profile to most whiskies. Kamiki Sakura is bottled at 48% ABV for a little more warmth and body.
