Cartron have been in the business of distilling since 1882, so know a thing or two about creating a tasty blackcurrant liqueur.
Flavoured with Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants (which are known for the juicy fleshy berries, perfect for adding a strong fruit flavour to a liqueur), this crème de cassis is packed with powerful sweet notes of jammy blackcurrant.
This bottling was honoured with a silver medal in the 2013 International Wine and Spirit Competition in 2013.
A vital ingredient in many classic cocktails, including the Tequila Sunrise and the Kir Royale, this is also delicious served simply over ice.
