A fresh and fruity liqueur from the French producer Joseph Cartron. Cartron has been making liqueurs since 1882, and remains a family business.

This bottling is flavoured with watermelon, and has a distinctive fuchsia hue. The fruit is macerated slowly, to ensure that its delicate flesh is not harmed and maximum flavour is imparted to the liqueur.

Juicy and bursting with sweet melon flavours, this makes an excellent base for sour style cocktails.
