Aficionados x Fine Drams Lot 68-72 is an assemblage of very old vintage Cognacs bottled by Jean-Luc Pasquet. Distilled in the village of Asnières in the Fins Bois region and bottled at natural cask strength, this 57.1% ABV Cognac is rich and full of character. Notes of spiced apple pastry and sweet grapes balance toasted wood and marshmallows with a hint of tropical fruit. Selected blind by a panel from the Aficionados Discord server, this well-rounded cask is a real crowd-pleaser.
