First released in 2011, this bottling has been a runaway success for the distillery. A lower-ABV liqueur, produced using 20% Jack Daniel’s whiskey, the liqueur is a rich and flavoursome affair with spice, vanilla and a classic JD profile. The honey heightens the sweetness, and makes this an ideal option for mixing in highballs or cocktails. This is particularly delicious in Hot Toddies as the nights draw in at wintertime.
