A limited edition single malt from the Isle of Raasay distillery.

Raasay is an island located between the Scottish mainland and the isle of Skye, the distillery opened in 2017 and is producing vibrant, exciting spirit.

This dram, which is lightly peated, has been aged initially in first-fill former rye whiskey casks from Woodford Reserve, before being finished in quarter casks that held Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry.

The whisky offers notes of toffee, figs, raisins, rye spices, light peat smoke, apples, sweet bright malt, bananas, black cherries, vanilla, burnt oak and pepper.

Bottled at 52% ABV, this is a medium bodied whisky with great depth of flavour.
