A Norwegian pink named after a horned hare of local folk lore.

This bottling is based upon the original Harahorn bottling, which is made with Norwegian ingredients: Røros juniper berries, Nordmarka blueberries, Grimstad rhubarb and bladderwrack, Oppdal angelica and Sunndal wild marjoram. To this, is added raspberry and lemon juice, giving it a fruity profile and a delightful pink hue!

The final result is a berry rich gin, with notes of aromatic citrus fruit, lemon zest, peppery spice, chopped herbs and tangy rhubuarb.

Beautiful when combined with a mild lemonade or soda water for a long, summery drink.
