Distilled in traditional copper pot stills using Ugni Blanc grapes (renowned for the flavour and mouthfeel they give to Cognac) as the base for the spirit. This gin uses the flower of the grape vine, alongside a wealth of fresh botanicals to create a unique flavour profile.
