A super-dark, syrupy rum, from Gosling’s bottled at the extremely high proof of 75.5% ABV.

Made with the same formula as the classic Gosling’s Black Seal, this is a dense, rich rum, packed with rich molasses flavours and lip-smacking tropical fruits.

At such a high proof, this rum is not designed for drinking neat, but rather for creating delightful, tropical Tiki cocktails.

Try using it (whilst taking all safety precautions) to create caramelized sugar, by putting Demerara sugar in an empty lime rind, soaking it with the rum and lighting it. Wait for the sugar to burn and you have a delicious, deeply sweet addition to any tropical cocktail.
