An excellent single vintage Cognac from Giboin, which captures the terroir of the Borderies Cru.

Distilled in 1997, this Cognac has been made from grapes grown on the 12 hectare Giboin estate in the Borderies region.

The Cognac has been aged in a very humid cellar with a gypsum base, producing a well rounded Cognac which is lower in alcohol.

Drinkers should expect aromas of violets, alongside sweet grapes, a little fruity acidity, sandalwood, vanilla, blond tobacco and old oak.

Bottled at 45.7% ABV, this spirit has good balance and body.
