This Cognac has been made using Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the Borderies Cru of the Cognac region. Distilled in 2001, it has been aged in a humid cellar until fully mature, producing a spirit of tremendous complexity.

Giboin Millesime 2001 offers flavours of sweet grape, sultanas and raisins, yellow plums, citrus rind, vanilla, pressed flowers, tobacco leaf, old oak, rancio, earthy spice, leather and dark chocolate.

Complex and rich, this Cognac has a full mouthfeel with a cask strength of 53.6% ABV.
