This Cognac has a beautifully refreshing character, with a bouquet full of orchard fruits, vanilla and warm hay. Maturation in younger Limousin oak casks has given this Cognac a delicate vanilla cream flavour and long citrusy finish. Extremely tasty neat, but this is a spirit that really excels in Cognac cocktails.
