Another terrific dram from Edradour’s Straight From The Cask series.

This single malt offering has been aged for 10 years in a single sherry cask, having been filled in November 2011, and bottled in March 2022.

The end result is a super heavily sherried dram, with notes of roasted apples and brazil nuts, spice, dates, figs, raisins, dark chocolate, pears, polished oak and subtle malt.

Bottled at a cask strength of 58.9% ABV and without chill filtration, this is a super luxurious and intense dram.
