A lovely single cask Edradour whisky from Signatory Vintage as part of their Signatory Un-Chillfiltered range.

This whisky was distilled on the 7th of May 2010, and bottled on the 22nd of May 2020, with a final age of nearly exactly 10 years. This dram was matured in a single sherry cask, developing great depth of flavour and complexity.

The bottling serves up notes of fresh red berries, grapes, plums, black tea, vanilla, bright oak, crunchy malt, caramel, white chocolate, wine and toffee. A fresh and juicy style of sherried whisky.

Bottled at 46% ABV and without chill filtration or colouration, this is a satisfying and warming dram.
