A tremendous reposado Tequila, created by Don Julio, who have been making super premium 100% agave Tequila since 1942. Don Julio uses only Agave which has been allowed to reach full maturation, after 7 to 10 years of growth in the fertile Jalisco highlands. The soil here produces a sweeter, more richly flavoured agave plant, idea for the creation of top quality Tequila. After distillation, the distillate is aged in former Bourbon American White Oak casks for just shy of a year. Terrifically flavoursome, with dense spicy and earthy agave notes accompanied by a creamy Bourbon vanilla. A cut above the standard reposado Tequila.
