A world famous dry vermouth from Dolin, the last independent producer in the French vermouth capital of Chambéry, the only AOC for vermouth in France.

The vermouth is based on Ugni-Blanc wine (more commonly used to make Cognac) and is flavoured with a variety of 17 different botanicals and spices. A dry vermouth, it is still sweetened with about 25 grams of sugar per litre.

The vermouth pours a pale yellow with slight green hints. It serves up notes of gentle stone fruit, intense rooty bark and spice, almonds, lemon rind, white wine, chopped herbs, wormwood, salt and pine.

Clean and fresh, this makes one of the best Martinis going, and is even better in a Gibson.
