From the Colombian rum producer, Dictador, comes this very intriguing, barrel aged rum. The defining botanical, or, in this case, a fruit, of this gin is the Limon Mandarino, a cross of mandarin orange and lime. This gin is aged in their own rum barrels for 35 weeks, creating a very citrus-forward gin with a clear influence from the rum barrel ageing. We recommend savouring it with just a few ice cubes.
