Created by the former president of the company, Dario Parra, who discovered his love for gin, or as he refers to it, “God”s drink’ (gin’s great, isn’t it?...), after numerous visits to the UK. With his new found love for gin, he decided it was time to create his own gin. To do this, he studied many different formulas, and by also going of his own experience he created the Ortodoxy gin. For the first many years, this gin was only produced for his own personal consumption. Luckily, this wonderful, rum barrel aged gin has made its way to our virtual shelves!
