Dalmore is well known for producing meaty, fruity spirit that suits wine casks.

This bottling is an excellent example, aged initially in American oak Bourbon barrels, it is then finished (or “finessed” according to Dalmore) in hand selected Tawny Port Pipes from the famous W&J Graham Port-makers.

The final result is a whisky rich in flavours of fresh cherry, raspberry and strawberry, with some jammy fruit syrup notes, touches of date and figs in Cognac, vanilla and creamy oak from the Bourbon barrel, dessert wine and dark chocolate.

Bottled at 46.5% ABV for a little added depth and punch, this is a sweet and sumptuous whisky from Dalmore.
