A rather intriguing gin produced by Estonian company Liviko. 23 recipes were tried before the distillery settled on this formula.

Produced in potstills, from an Estonian grain spirit, this gin features interesting botanicals including fennelseed and veronica (a cress-like flowering plant). More conventional gin botanicals complete the recipe.

The final result is an herbaceous and spicy, juniper-forward gin, packed waves of verdant and citrusy flavours.

Bottled at 43% ABV for a slight kick in intensity, this gin is beautifully presented in a dark blue bottle.

An excellent interpretation of the London dry style.
