Something of a rarity, a peated Irish whiskey!

Peated Irish whiskey was far more common in the 18th century, so this botting represents something of a blast from the past. The spirit is produced at Cooley distillery, and aged in former Bourbon barrels.

This dram offers notes of heather peat, vanilla, light tropical fruits, malt, honey, apples, woodsmoke, caramel and flowers.

A light, complex dram with a healthy dose of smoky goodness, this is a different take on Irish whiskey that will please Islay fans.
