An excellent limited edition El Salvadoran rum.

This expression consists a blend of four rums aged between 12 and 14 years, with the blending overseen by Gabriela Ayala.

The spirit serves up notes of intense molasses, pressed flowers, mint, honey, heavy toasted nuts, dried apricots, chocolate, cinnamon, charred oak and fragrant wood smoke.

This rum takes its name from the sahumerio, a Mayan sacred vessel that would be used to burn offerings for the eagle goddess, Chantico, the guardian of love (fire was the symbol of love in Mayan times).

The bottling is presented at 45.2% for added body and depth.
